Day 1: Welcome to Cairo – Pyramids & Cultural Experiences

Upon arrival in Cairo, begin your unforgettable journey with a visit to the Giza Plateau, home to the legendary Pyramids of Giza. Stand before the Great Pyramid of King Cheops—the only surviving Wonder of the Ancient World—along with the pyramids of Chephren and Mykerinos. Continue to the mighty Sphinx, the guardian of this ancient necropolis, with its lion’s body and human head.

After enjoying lunch, visit a papyrus institute to learn about one of Egypt’s earliest writing materials, followed by a stop at a perfume factory where the ancient art of extracting essential oils is revealed. You’ll also visit a cotton factory before transferring to your hotel for rest.

Optional experience: In the evening, enjoy a dinner cruise along the Nile, complete with live entertainment and dazzling city views.

Day 2: Old Cairo Heritage Tour

After breakfast, meet your guide and explore the spiritual heart of Cairo. Visit the Hanging Church, uniquely built over the Roman Fortress of Babylon, followed by Abu Serga (the Cave Church), where the Holy Family is believed to have taken refuge during their journey through Egypt. Continue to the historic Ben Ezra Synagogue, associated with the biblical story of Moses, and then discover St. Simon the Tanner Church, linked to the miraculous moving of Mokattam Mountain.

After sightseeing, return to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Cairo – St. Catherine – Dahab

Today, journey east through dramatic desert landscapes and valleys framed by towering red mountains. Arrive at St. Catherine to begin the ascent of Mount Sinai (optional), the sacred site where, according to tradition, Moses received the Ten Commandments.

Visit the Monastery of St. Catherine, one of the oldest Christian monasteries in the world, home to the Burning Bush, the Well of Moses, and priceless religious treasures. After exploring this holy site, continue to Dahab on the Red Sea coast for relaxation.
