Upon arrival in Cairo, begin your unforgettable journey with a visit to the Giza Plateau, home to the legendary Pyramids of Giza. Stand before the Great Pyramid of King Cheops—the only surviving Wonder of the Ancient World—along with the pyramids of Chephren and Mykerinos. Continue to the mighty Sphinx, the guardian of this ancient necropolis, with its lion’s body and human head.
After enjoying lunch, visit a papyrus institute to learn about one of Egypt’s earliest writing materials, followed by a stop at a perfume factory where the ancient art of extracting essential oils is revealed. You’ll also visit a cotton factory before transferring to your hotel for rest.
